					<description><![CDATA[Thank you so much for the recipe for the no-churn ice cream!  I made this over the weekend.  I was never able to get the top layer of the coconut milk to whip but forged ahead and so it was much more dense than if I had been able to incorporate more air into the batter.  I used the candied ginger as a topping instead of mixing it into the batter.  It was delicious!]]></description>
