Hi!!
First time commenter, long time follower. :)
I adore this cookbook and have been slowly making my way through it over the last year. I just made the shortbread with chocolate and got a little stumped. The recipe says it yields 30-35 2" cookies, but when I rolled the dough out to ½" as instructed it was about 5x8" (all of it). I rolled it to about 3mm thick instead and was able to make 24 adorable little 1.25"squares, which were delicious of course. Did I miss something or was there a typo somewhere? I am sure they are delicious 1/2" thick, but I would need to triple the recipe to yield 15 cookies. Thank you in advance for any guidance!!
