The aloha spirit quote is wonderful. I will buy her book for sure. Thank you also for the tip about the passion fruit purée. I have seen a lot of recipes for that product and wondered about how the frozen product was like. Some people that rated it after purchase seemed to think it was a little wartery. I enter baked goods in the California State Fair. Could I use that product for baked goods like a cheesecake? Also it is a large size container. If I just used a cup how would I keep the product to reuse? I really like your blog and get a lot of ideas from it

Sorry about that! I added a note about what brand I used. I had a hard time finding puree in my local grocery stores, so I ended up ordering it online.
