					<description><![CDATA[OH my goodness! These are incredible. The bottom is perfectly solid with a little crunch, and the inside is chewy and a bit underdone. Exactly how I love them. I used replacement vanilla extract and added a bit extra to match the intensity of real vanilla (closer to 2 tsps rather than 1 1/2.) Couldn&#039;t recommend more and will be making them again!]]></description>
