These look amazing! Might you have a recipe for the 7 layer bars which was your inspiration? I’ve looked all over and not found a recipe close to the ingredients you detail. That being said, I can’t wait to bake these cookies! ?

Is there a reason these are baked at 400F? I haven’t made them yet but just curious about the temperature increase since most of your recipes are at 350F.

Super EXCITED about this recipe because throughout my travels I’ve always purchased cookies with incredible toppings and now here is the recipe. I definitely have my favorites like nuts, chocolate, potato chip and coconut – really looking forwarded to recreating!

Hi Emily – I’m sorry you had trouble with this recipe. I’ve made it quite a few times and haven’t had trouble with the dough being crumbly. Did you make any substitutions to the recipe?

I’ve tried other cookie recipes on this blog and they were amazing but these were not it. They taste great but the ratios are so off (and I followed the recipe based on grams). The cookie dough was essentially crumble so I ended up throwing it out because I couldn’t even get them into balls. Might try them again since I bought all the ingredients but sadly they were a disappointment!

I made these, portioned and froze the dough then baked the following day. The chips and cornflakes sadly became soft. Do they come out crispy still if baked right away rather? Would love to try again!

Wow, I just made these and they are A-mazing! Thank you so much for this one and all the other recipes you create and share. I followed this almost exactly but left out the cacao nibs and subbed in some chocolate chips instead. So yummy! This will be a repeat for sure!

Just made these and left out the pearls and nibs as I didn’t have them on hand. My kids say these are the best cookies I have made, and I make a lot of cookies! High praise 🙂

I noticed your note about them browning too much for some, so I decreased the oven temp to 375 and they turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!
