Hi Sarah – I have USA 9×13 pans but no cast iron pans. Do you have any rhubarb bar recipes that will work if you don’t have cast iron? I would love to try these but don’t want to waste ingredients if it only works in cast iron. Thank you.

I made this bar recipe this weekend for church and for work. Both recipients LOVED the bars and I knew I needed to add them to my loved recipes! I have an over abundance of both rhubarb and raspberries so it is just the perfect solution! Thanks for an easy and uncomplicated recipe.
