I’m not a chocolate chip cookie fan, so I set out to find a recipe that made a cookie I actually enjoyed eating. This was the 5th recipe I tried and I’m hooked. The clear winner for all of my family members in our chocolate chip cookie trial. It really is the perfect cookie. Excited to try it chipless as well.

Great recipe, it has all the components for the perfect cookie!
Crispy edges, chocolaty centers. I added walnuts for the crunch and used a large scoop. Made 17 yummy cookies!

Crowd pleaser. Slightly crisp, chewy middle, super chocolately. I used a combination of semisweet and bittersweet, as that is what I had in hand. TDF.

Ok- I know I’m late to the game trying these, but WOW! I rarely write reviews, but I’ve been baking for over 30 years and have never found THE choc chip cookie recipe, the keeper. Until now! I’ve tried all the trends and fussy recipes out there. These check all the boxes. Perfectly golden brown, crispy exterior, nice soft interior. And not flat!!!! Thank you so much for getting it so perfectly right with these!!!
