Sarah, I made a few changes such as using coconut oil, coconut sugar, and I mill my own soft white wheat berries. Made 2 recipes and scooped the batter into seven 3 x 5 buttered mini loaves. I baked at 350 for 25 minutes, turning sheet can half-way, wrapped in plastic wrap and freezer bag and froze. It was absolutely delicious and the showering of sliced almonds turned a perfect light brown. I made the cherry recipe to send for a friend's birthday who lives in Spain and saw it lasts only 2 days in the fridge so instead mailing him some of the thirteen 3 x 5 banana brad (your recipe) mini loaves I made on 4/15/26 and froze. You are such a phenomenal baker. Many blessings to you and yours.
BTW, I used Whole Food's frozen organic sweet frozen cherries, drained throughly, cut into bite size pieces, and drank the juice. You are amazing.
