This sounds wonderful. I Google mocha oatmeal bc I just came up with the similar idea myself. Got tire of eating just oatmeal. I made mines with vanilla almond milk and just drop in some chocolate expresso beans from trader Joe. Now it taste like hot chocolate with smells of coffee. Don't need to drink cup of coffee either.

Feel that - I've been in the same mindset where I worked on my book for the last year and am just trying to get back into a normal, sane food routine that doesn't consist of take out or leftovers. This oatmeal feels like the perfect place to start! Looks delicious!

I'm the same as you when it comes to cutting out foods and moderation. It's hard to find that balance. This is a wonderful meal and a great way to use Quaker Oats!
