					<description><![CDATA[My mom made this for me when I visited in October and I finally got the nerve to try myself...just the word &#039;ganache&#039; made me nervous! It was divine and one of the best things I&#039;ve ever eaten in October (perfect ratio of choc to pb) and it delivered under my novice baking hands, too. Who knew ganache was so easy! (Also i did not chop up my semi-sweet morsel before adding the heavy cream and it was fine). It was a huge hit at the 20-something bday dinner last night. I will definitely make this again. It was also my 1st time making brownies from scratch. I am very proud of myself!]]></description>
