I’ve been making this bread with my juicer pulp…carrots, ginger, apple and orange! It is amazing!! I always add extra grated ginger (like the recipe calls for) and I also use orange extract. Yum!!

Why use seed oils, they are so horrible!??! Can it be made with melted butter?

What an awesome combination, I really think ginger and carrots are so good together. I will definitely have to check out that Nordic Ware Loaf Pan as well. It is always frustrating to struggle with pans!

I have a ton of slightly orange flavored simple syrup left over from something I made – could I replace the sugar and liquor with it or does the sugar need to be in granulated form?
