					<description><![CDATA[This is the best recipe for ermine frosting I have found on the internet that will accommodate alternative/replacement ingredients. It turned out perfectly smooth and glossy even after using alternative ingredients-
I used Caputo GF Pizza flour, coconut sugar, and .5 cups Whipping cream and .5 cups Nut pods cinnamon swirl creamer for the milk. 
For the butter, I used one cube salted butter and 1.5 boxes cream cheese to make a cinnamon cream cheese ermine frosting for a carrot cake. Best one I&#039;ve ever made!]]></description>
