I didn’t make the ganache but the cake and buttercream were soooo delicious!! I wish the recipe did make more buttercream because I barely had enough to cover the cake but I did. I made a small batch American buttercream to make some rose decorations. The batter was alarmingly liquid but it baked up well. Thanks for the great recipe my granddad loved it for his 88th birthday.
