I used a 9x13 metal pan and baked for 50 min at 350. The cream cheese layer is very thin using an 8 oz package, which was fine with us. Very moist cake, love the streusel. Delicious fall bake!
One thing to note is that the weight listed for the pecans appears to be off. After weighing it out, it was way more than 3/4 cup. When I looked up how much that amount should weigh, it sad 108 g, not 180 g, so maybe the number was transposed?

Wow, is this ever good! I made it exactly as written but baked in an 8” springform and a 6” springform as these are the pans I have. It fit perfectly. I do have some streusel leftover for muffins. Thanks for a great recipe again!

I am excited to make these. My real question is this - what else can I use these cute little pans for?? I bought the pans on a whim after seeing this recipe and I don’t usually buy things I’m not going to use often!! Mini cheesecakes of course. What else?? And I’m giving the recipe 5 stars because every recipe I make of yours is wonderful!

This turned out fantastic in a 9x13 pan. I decreased the granulated sugar in the cake to 100g and kept the sugar in the cream cheese to 50g, even though I used the recommended scaling up to 340g of cream cheese. None of this needs to be made in a stand mixer -- it's simple to mix by hand and you aren't creaming any butter and sugar. Make sure the cream cheese is not cold -- a bit of time in the microwave helps.
