					<description><![CDATA[WOWZA.  From the first time I saw this recipe, I wanted to make it as it was different.  I used the large Texas muffin pans which made 8 large cakes.  I just buttered the pans and cooked for 35 minutes and didn&#039;t rotate the pan halfway as the batter was still thin at that point and that made me nervous.  I used strawberry jam (1 cup) but next time I would try a filling that is a bit more tart, ie her sour cherry tart filling that she just posted.  Definitely a bit more work so give yourself some time and don&#039;t rush through the recipe.  10/10 just saying.  Thank you Sarah!!!]]></description>
