wonderful combination – I love both probably more than any other cake that comes to mind, so a combo of coffee cake and carrot cake that’s tested and works if much appreciated, thank you!

I think there is a typo/mispunctuation regarding what size pan needs parchment,. Perhaps it should read: “Grease eight 4 in [10 cm] springform pans or cake pans; if using 4 inch cake pans, also line the bottoms with parchment. (If you’d like to make it in a 9×13 pan, see note below.)” Cake looks yummy. I’ll give it a try for the weekend!
