This has nothing to do with this post, but you shared a recipe a Cardamom cake with coffee buttercream and it calls for Baking powder but not the quantity. How much should be used? Thanks!

The Doughnut Plant on the LES is one of my favorite places in New York. Great photo! I am wondering where the other recipes can be found. The sugar sandwich cookies with the marshmallow looking filling look great (as do your chocolate chip pan bangers!).
