What a great recipe that I definitely have to make as soon as I can find an alternative to the pan you use (Mauviel Copper Tarte Tatin Pan @ $220.00!) Beautiful pan but kind of pricey. I also love the mini soufflé pans from Mauviel you use in your cinnamon bun recipe but again, pricey as all copper cookware is.

Ice cream pie looks divine! Of course, the Indiana Jones series of movies are perfect for families! We still watch them and our kids are older now. Loved them since they were small.

Hi Sarah what do you use for the chocolate wafers in the crust? Nabisco discontinued it’s Famous Chocolate Wafers. Can you use the chocolate wafer cookies on Zoe Bakes’ site or are they too soft? Making this for a small Thanksgiving.
