Just made this recipe. I really wanted a blondie with a coffee flavour and nuts but these are just too sweet. I used dark brown sugar, even 15gr less then the recipe required. Also, blondies baked very thin. I baked the whole batch in two 8*8 inch square pans. And they are very thin. Im a bit dissapointed because I dont know wgat to do with them now.

I love this recipe. It’s been a hit at a couple of get togethers. My husband asks for extra chocolate to be added. It’s a go-to recipe for gifting.

I made these twice - once omitting the pecans and doubling the chocolate - but both times they were way undercooked at 24 minutes and I had to bake them much longer. Just want to confirm that the temp is 350 and the bake time is 18-24 minutes?

The flavor was spot on and it’s on of my new favorite treats with a cup of coffee, but just wondering why I had to bake mine for 40+ minutes.

Just one question - when you say brown sugar, do you mean light or dark? I have been blending but just curious to hear your preference. Thank you! ?
