Hi Doreen - Throughout my recipes posted on this website, 1 cup of flour equals 142g. Please note that 1 cup of flour can range anywhere from 120g to 142g, depending on the baker or website. I found that after weighting many cups of flour and averaging the total, mine always ended up around this number, and I have written my recipes to reflect that.

Hello, I've made this recipe several times and it is delicious! I do have a question about the amount of flour stated (2 cups/284 grams). I use King Arthur AP flour and their weight is 240 grams per 2 cups. I'm unsure of which weight - 284 or 240 grams - to use. The dough is dry and I've had to add extra tablespoons of heavy cream to moisten the dough crumbs in the bottom of the bowl. Thank you.

There is reference in the ingredient list for the flour “more for dusting.” My guess is that was in case the pan was greased and floured rather than lined with parchment. Is that correct? Thanks.

I would suggest baking and freezing, then setting out to thaw when you are ready to serve. You can also warm it from frozen, wrapped in aluminum foil at 275 degrees F.

Hi, This recipe looks delicious! Thinking about making it to bring on a ski weekend. Wondering if anyone has any experience with making this in advance? Still as good the second day or am I better off making it another time when we can eat it right away?
