					<description><![CDATA[I’m giving it a 5 because I haven’t tried it all together yet (and all the parts where delicious), but as someone who follows many in depth cooking recipes but isn’t much of a baker, I have a few suggestions to make it easier to read and follow. There are 4 main steps to this dish, but lots of ingredients and lots of steps inside each step you list. What if you put all the ingredients up before the steps, but then listed them again before each of the 4 components? Also - I imagine your recipes are for seasoned bakers, but I almost got tripped up several times because there are many steps in each numbered step you list! Moral of the story: I’m genuinely impressed i was able to do it (at altitude no less), I learned more about cooking than I ever expected, and I will never spend that much time making a cream pie again. I’ll stick with cooking and leave the baking to the pros! Great stuff!]]></description>
