I really need to make those cookies again. I originally made them one day when I had a snow day from work. I was home alone that week since my husband was gone. I gave a couple to my parents (who loved them), and I put most of them in the freezer. Well …. they didn’t last the week. I just keep pulling them out of the freezer and eating them. But I can definitely vouch for the fact that they freeze well! I think I just popped them in the microwave for a little to bring them back to room temperature, or just let it sit out in a container to thaw if I knew I was going to indulge later. These are definitely NYT-worthy! Congrats!!
