Might it work if I freeze layers, make the frosting closer to the day, and assemble it the day of while letting the frozen layers thaw out beneath the frosting? Or would it be best to make the layers as close to the date and store in the refrigerator? How long will it last refrigerated also? Thank you!]]></description>
