I have made this cake at least a dozen times and love it. I’ve done versions using almond extract, orange (zest and oil), and lemon (zest and oil). All are wonderful. Bonus – it freezes well!

Got a nordic ware Bundt cake pan for Christmas, and I finally tried it out over the weekend. I made this as my first ever Bundt cake and it turned out perfect! It was a huge hit with my kids, husband and mother in law. No notes! We will make this again!
