					<description><![CDATA[Loved! I realized the taste reminds me of cookie dough! Made one pan without chilling then chilled the rest on the pan for maybe 20-30 min. I liked the chilled one better and they were crinkly. Also did a mix of rolled in sugar and regular and don’t think they NEED the sugar. I would be interested to try a batch rolled in raw sugar because that could add a nice crunch and sparkle. All I had was kerrygold butter on hand and while they were delicious, I think I may prefer them with regular butter. Definitely will make again!]]></description>

Made them almost exactly to spec with the exception of making them approx 1/2 the size ( 24 g rather than 45 g).  They baked to 3 inch round  and yielded 40 cookies. I also rolled them 3/4 of the way with white sugar then on the top I dipped them in different colored sugar (red, green, and multi nonpareils) gave them a festive holiday flair.
