These look great. I laughed at your favorite line in the book! I’ve never made much pastry before, I seem to go for long times in between trying my hand at it but this recipe looks good so I’ll have to give it a go.

i’m still a little hesitant to work with yeast, so “dough that rolls out like a dream” sounds perfect to me! how much jam did you use? (there’s a question mark instead of the volume quantity in the recipe).
