It was devastating. And, I couldn’t talk about it to any of my American friends. I was gutted!!!! Eventually, I got over it. I sort of knew it was coming as I had read an interview in a British paper with Dan Stevens in the autumn and it seemed like he was happier living in the USA with opportunities to broaden his career.
