100 Cookies Update!

I’ve had a lot of people reaching out to me that my book, 100 Cookies, is currently out of stock online. My book has been reprinted and more COPIES ARE HERE! Book shipments are slowed somewhat because of COVID, but the books on the way.

If you ordered from Barnes and Noble, please check if your book order was cancelled – because the book was out of stock some of the orders were cancelled, but the book can be re-ordered. Here are some links to booksellers you can order from. Thank you so much to everyone who has purchased the book!

Can you tell me which cookie is pictured in the top right corner of the book cover? I’ve looked through the book several times but can’t find anything that “matches.” I’m wondering if it’s the sugar cookie with sprinkles added? And, if so, approximately how much sprinkles you would add to the recipe?

I love to bake! I’m a novice, and sometimes things are not so pretty, but they’re always tasty! I recently discovered Rose Levy Beranbaum’s cookbooks and have been trying some new things out of those. Super excited to check out 100 cookies! That’s my favorite thing to bake!

I would be so excited to win your 100 cookies cookbook.
Luv your bang pan chocolate chip cookies. This is how I learned about your blog/recipes. I’m looking forward to a quick and easy fall baking book since this has been a popular trend with dinner/meals but showcasing real natural ingredients…

I’m a big Food 52 fan, I was reading about your new cookie cookbook there. It would be an amazing first cookbook for my daughter if I got a signed copy. She’s 23, doesn’t own any cookbooks. She reads recipes online and wings it, such as green tea Short bread cookies, oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookies, molasses cookies, and chocolate custard glazed fruit tarts. Happy baking everyone!

I don’t own any baking books. I consider myself a poor baker and a poor at-home chef.

Due to COVID and finally some free time, I bought my first cook book, by Jet Tila. My cooking is getting somewhere.

I came across you and your pan bang method by watching other bakers recreate your cookies and since then I am intrigued by your method and recipes (e.g. sesame cookies).

I attempted the pan bang method and it came out “okay” despite watching your video where you banged it in the oven. I took mine out and tried it on the countertop. Maybe I wasn’t banging the pan hard enough.

Anyways, I would love to give baking a chance and try more of your recipes.

I am so looking forward to your book and baking some of the delicious cookies you have featured on Food52 (sesame chocolate ones look amazing). I am currently doing a detox/training program and my first thing to eat when done will be a good cookie. I grew up in El Salvador and just recently learned about this Salvadoran woman who is working on a book for us in the US…that’s the other book I am waiting for this Fall. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/shes-trying-fill-void-salvadoran-130005533.html

Seeing a story in the Minneapolis newspaper I decided to make your neapolitan cookies. They are delicious and so pretty. It’s amazing that just a 1/2c of dried strawberries can add so much flavor to the dough. I recently bought a cookbook from a small Cuban restaurant in Gulfport Florida and am excited to try some of those recipes too.
