It would be an amazing first cookbook for my daughter if I got a signed copy. She’s 23, doesn’t own any cookbooks. She reads recipes online and wings it, such as green tea Short bread cookies, oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookies, molasses cookies, and chocolate custard glazed fruit tarts.
