Oreos on brownies - yay or nay? I saw a photo on @ Oreos on brownies - yay or nay? I saw a photo on @land_mal ‘s Instagram of something similar and had to try myself. I used my Cakey Brownies from 100 Cookies (#21), broke Oreos into pieces and layered them on top, and then sprinkled @valrhonausa crunchy pearls wherever there was open space. #100cookies

The scent of toasted sesame oil gives me the same delicious feeling as the smell of brownies right from the oven, so pairing it with chocolate in cookie form seemed like the next logical step. #100cookies

It just might be the most-baked cookie from 100 Cookies so far. ❤️ In the headnote of this recipe I highlight @mathewsweet - I was inspired by his version of the cookie initially, after stumbling across it on Pinterest one day. He has some really creative and fun cookie creations on his Instagram page, and will be opening his own bakery (@pinkdoorsweets ) in Nashville in the near future.
