Mocha Oatmeal
Here’s how you make mocha oatmeal (you can also find the recipe here!)
  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Old Fashioned or Quick 1-Minute Oats, prepare as usual
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate covered coffee beans, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons grated bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, chopped fine
  • Half and half or milk, to taste
  1. Add toppings, stir and enjoy!
To add more coffee flavor to this recipe: instead of boiling the oats in 1 cup of water, boil them in ½ cup of fresh brewed coffee and ½ cup of water.
